LK Law (Lindsay Kenney LLP), a leading BC legal firm, recognized the need for advanced meeting spaces in their new office to empower their employees with seamless remote interactions and improve internal efficiency.

For the new build, LK Law collaborated with Limitless AV to implement an advanced AV system, improving communication and enhancing room booking processes. Small Meeting Room (Malaspina Room)

  • Logitech Rally Bar: Provided seamless, high-quality video conferencing with advanced optics and sound, enhancing team collaboration.
  • Logitech Tap: Simplified video conferencing with an intuitive interface, reducing setup time and technical issues.
  • 65-inch LG Display: Offered vibrant visuals and clear visibility for presentations and data analysis, ensuring effective participant engagement. 

Small Meeting Room (Dunn and Potts Rooms)

  • Logitech Rally Bar Mini: Provided high-quality audio/video for clear meetings—compact design suited to smaller conference rooms, enhancing the meeting experience.
  • Logitech Tap: Offered intuitive touch control for easy video conferencing management.
  • 55-inch LG display: Delivered crisp visuals for presentations and video calls. Perfect size for meeting rooms, ensuring visibility and boosting engagement. 

Lounge/Cafe Room

  • Kramer Amplifier: Delivered robust sound amplification, ensuring clear audio throughout the client’s space.
  • Sonance Ceiling Speakers: Installed to blend with decor while providing exceptional sound quality.

Streamlined Room Booking/Scheduling

The Logitech Tap Scheduler streamlined room booking by allowing staff to easily check room status and make reservations efficiently from panels outside each room. Its user-friendly interface improved the booking experience and eliminated scheduling conflicts.
