Initially facing an incomplete and poorly functioning system, Limitless AV provided support until securing a contract to design and install a new system featuring automation and advanced capabilities.

Solution
Limitless AV collaborated with QuadReal Property Group to create a tailored solution featuring an Extron-based system for enhanced audio-visual quality and simplified automation. The system includes video conferencing, wireless presentations, and user-friendly touch panels, all within budget.
Integrated AV System
Limitless AV implemented the Extron DTP CrossPoint 84 4K 8×4 Matrix Switcher for seamless audio and video management across various conference rooms. This setup features Bluetooth connectivity, wireless presentation capabilities, conferencing cameras, and ceiling microphones, allowing users to conduct meetings over Zoom or Microsoft Teams with multiple HDMI interfaces to connect laptops and devices easily.
Upgraded Video Quality
Devices were upgraded to support 720p and 1080p upscaling, ensuring high-quality playback of all video content. The smaller English Bay Conference Room includes a single 86″ 4K display, while the larger Stanley Park Conference Room boasts dual displays of the same size, with video input signals automatically scaled for impressive presentations.
Enhanced Audio & Control
With the Extron IPCP Control Processor and 10″ TouchLink Pro Touchpanel, Limitless AV delivered centralized control and clear audio across multiple zones, including three distinct audio zones: the conference spaces, the corridor, and the patio. This setup enables discrete control and fine-tuning for various applications, ensuring an optimal experience for all attendees. The intuitive interface reflects QuadReal Property Group’s branding, allowing users to manage the system effortlessly.
