This Privacy Policy applies to the Site and any subdomains at limitlessav.ca, and to personal information we collect when you contact us through the Site (for example, when you submit a contact form) and as we continue communicating with you about your inquiry.

The purpose of this privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”) is to inform users of our Site of the following:

  3. Who has access to and with whom we share personal information.

    • When you submit a Contact form:
      • First and last name
      • Email address
      • Phone number
      • Any information you include about your request.
    • If you become a customer (collected through our communications and onboarding, not directly from general Site browsing):
      • Billing address and other standard billing details
      • Business contact details (e.g., company name, job title, work contact information)
      • Project and service information relevant to delivering AV integration services
      • We do not store credit card details.

    • Advertising/Retargeting Platforms: Google Ads (Alphabet Inc.)
    • Business Operations and Customer Management: D-Tools
    • Accounting/Invoicing: QuickBooks Online (Intuit)
    • Cloud Storage/Collaboration: Google Drive (Google Workspace / Google)
    • CAPTCHA/Bot Prevention: Our CAPTCHA provider associated with Site forms
  • Categories of data shared may include:
    • Automatically collected usage data for analytics, measurement, and advertising.
    • Contact form submissions (name, email, phone, and the contents of your message) to facilitate communications and to create and maintain customer/business records when needed.
  • Third parties will only be given access to personal information as reasonably necessary to perform their services. We share personal information with service providers to help us operate the Site and communicate with you. Some providers may process information as separate organizations under their own privacy policies and/or under contractual restrictions, depending on the service and relationship.”

Deletion is not always possible. We may need to retain certain information for legal, regulatory, contractual, warranty, dispute-resolution, security, or record‑keeping purposes. Where we cannot delete information, we will explain why and, where appropriate, limit its use.

CASL – Commercial Electronic Messages

If we send commercial electronic messages, we will do so in compliance with CASL, including obtaining consent where required and providing an easy unsubscribe mechanism in each message.

Submitting a contact form does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.


Children

We do not knowingly collect or use personal information from children under 16 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 16, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible. Parents or guardians who believe a child under 16 has provided personal information may contact our privacy officer.

 

Do Not Track Notice

Do Not Track (DNT) is a browser setting that requests privacy preference. We do not respond to DNT signals. We cannot guarantee how third parties who interact with our Site and your data respond to DNT signals.

 

How to Access, Modify, Delete, or Challenge the Data Collected

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting our privacy officer (see “Contact Information”). We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity. We will respond within timelines required by applicable law.
